We negotiate the best rates and value added services on behalf of our customers and take care of all bookings personally. Unlike the 'self service' websites where you can spend hours trawling through hundreds of hotels, we offer our customers a bespoke personal service and recommend a hand picked selection of best most stylish places to stay, saving you time, money and, most importantly, ensuring that you have an enjoyable and memorable stay wherever you go in the world. Is Stylish Places to Stay a tour operator or travel agency? No, we are not a travel agency or tour operator. We do not deal with commercial flights, package holidays or budget hotels / hostels. We are a high end concierge service and 100% specialised in stylish / luxury accommodation worldwide and assist our customers wherever possible with their individual requirements, whether that is organising luxury car hire, chartering a private jet or booking an excursion, getting tickets to a show or booking a table at the best restaurants we do our best to take care of our customers needs. Our customers are never alone in a city they have never been to... Once I book with Stylish Places to Stay is the reservation guaranteed? Yes, once we make a reservation on your behalf it will be confirmed with the hotel / property partner and we will send you a confirmation by email. If you are unsure of anything please feel free to call us. If there is a problem with your booking for any reason we will inform you.
Can I trust the recommendations made by Stylish Places to Stay? Absolutely. Our business is based on the high quality of our collection and personal service. We are 100% independent and will always recommend the most suitable place to stay for you. Our concierge team are not driven by commission and are instructed to always recommend the right place to stay for each customer. Does Stylish Places to Stay charge any fees? No, we do not charge any booking fees. You only pay the cost of the accommodation and our concierge service is completely free of charge. Would it be less expensive if I booked directly with the hotel or property? No, we negotiate the best rates with our hotel partners and you will never pay any more than the published rates; in many cases you will get extra benefits if you book through us. For every single booking, we personally check for the very best and latest deals on behalf of our clients to make sure you are getting the very latest and best deals available. The destination I want to go to isn't listed, can you help me? Yes, even if you do not see a destination or suitable property on our website we can still help you, we have a comprehensive database of quality stylish properties that we can offer you. If it's there we will find it for you and get you a good deal. Is it safe to book my accommodation with Stylish Places to Stay? Yes, your booking is completely safe, we handle each booking personally and deal with the hotels or properties on your behalf. Once you have booked you will be sent a confirmation from us with your booking information and you just pay the hotel on check out or for certain properties like villas, yachts, castles, islands or apartments some or all of the amount may need to be prepaid. We will inform you accordingly Who owns and operates Stylish Places to Stay? Stylish Places to Stay was founded in 2008 and is privately owned and operated by Dhelfa Europe. Dhelfa Europe is the travel and technology arm of Grupo Terrazas de Alcantara, a familiy owned 40 year old Spanish property developer that has designed, built and marketed several hundred million euros worth of luxury properties. The most recent project was the La Resina Golf estate on the Costa del Sol which is an extensive development of luxury apartments, villas, a stylish clubhouse and nine hole par 4 executive golf course. The group also owns a private portfolio of luxury properties in Spain, a 16th century castle and private estate in France and a luxury beach house in Bali that are available to rent from Stylish Places to Stay I manage a stylish property, can we join the Stylish Places to Stay collection? We are always interested in discovering new, exciting and stylish places to stay to offer our customers. We work with all types of stylish accommodation from hotels to trains and look for the most outstanding properties that are stylish in architecture and interior design, they must have an impecable reputation and ideally a 'wow factor'.
