The origins of Stylish Places to Stay

Stylish Places to Stay was founded by two gentlemen thrown together through destiny and a love of all things stylish. The founders both strongly believe that in many ways we as a society have gone backwards despite the amazing technology available to us. Many people nowadays do not have the time to just enjoy the beauty around us and are too preoccupied with the chaos in the world, monitoring stock prices or following the latest comments on the social networking sites.

Stylish Places to Stay is a polite nod to a romantic era gone by, where architecture truly amazed us, where people had time to enjoy their beautiful surroundings and where individuality existed in abundance compared to the cookie cutter world we live in where everything looks, tastes and feels the same. As some are embracing slow cooking and slow travel we are embracing slow business, there is no rush but rather a slow and purposeful movement towards the creation of the world’s most amazing collection of ‘Stylish Places to Stay’

And so onto Stylish Places to Stay....our aim is to discover and group together stylish places to stay from all over the world. There is no one style but rather all styles are embraced, modern, renaissance etc. Our website allows the discerning to discover these beautiful, stylish hotels, villas, islands and estates and either use our personal services to arrange a stay or contact the hotel or property directly if they prefer.

Our story is still unfolding everyday and we hope that visitors to our website will be able to take a few minutes out of their busy days to enjoy the most stylish places to stay in the world...
