Cancellation policy |

All cancellations and reservations changes should be made in writing and sent directly to the hotel. In case of no-show, as well as in case of cancelled reservations 48h prior to arrival, the hotel will charge for one night. At Congress dates, Easter and Reveillon, the penalties for cancellations are 100% of the stay, except for cancellations in writing made a minimum of 14 days from arrival date. |
