The Island has a total of 25 residences. This is a combination of one, two, or three bedroom residences. Each will have between 2000-4500 sq. meters in private space, and each with its own organically shaped swimming pool between 85-130 sq. meters, indoor and outdoor bath, outdoor dining area and wireless access in the bedrooms.  Each residence has its own Club Car XRT to get from one place to another, however Concierge can do the driving if guests aren’t comfortable driving on their own.

Check-in and check-out is depending on international flights of all guests. The islands King Air B200 can fly anytime of the day and the private airport is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

50% deposit to be made after confirmation of booking and full prepayment is expected at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. The island accepts all major credit cards. All payments will be processed in FJ dollars. Bank transfers also accepted.

In case of cancellation, a written notice of cancellation must be received by the Resort. The following fees will be charged as follows:

No fees are involved in case of date changes. If the cancellation notice is received before the agreed deposit date, no fees will be applied. If the cancellation is done after the Resort has received the deposit, such amount will be rendered non-refundable but valid for a change of date within the next 12 months.

Plantation House -  In the mansion replicated in the original colonial style, the experienced international crew offers excellent gourmet dishes, fine dining culture and professional service in an elegant atmosphere.

The Seagrass Lounge and Restaurant - The wooden decks caress the cliffs like the galleries of an amphitheatre and offer space for enjoying a wide range of culinary delicacies. Specialties from the Teppanyaki barbecue and authentic Asian dishes introduce a taste of the Far East to the Seagrass Restaurant, which can be reached on land as well as by boat

Beach Bar- Fine white sand, blue sunny skies, crystal clear, iridescent turquoise water, freshly caught and barbecued fish, tasty, freshly squeezed drinks, an informal, cheerful atmosphere, a spectacular blood-red sunset, a well-chilled, bubbly sundowner

Pool Bar- Imaginative design, an unusual atmosphere, tropical drinks and light, modern Mediterranean cuisine. If all this sounds a bit like Fijian avant-garde, it’s supposed to. With its off-the-wall architecture and its individually designed interiors, the pool bar would even match the most cosmopolitan cities. But you will find the view across the dreamlike pool landscape out to the ocean and the Fijians’ cordial smile only on Laucala.

Rock Lounge - According to a Fijian folk song, “…Beautiful hours are for eternity…”. On Laucala that’s true, as you will find out in the Rock Lounge above the Seagrass Bay. The effervescent Rock Lounge elixir for really unforgettable moments is made up of dreamy views, spectacular sunsets, enchanted South Seas nights, an ingeniously designed, “chill-out” atmosphere, delicious finger food and excellent drinks and cocktails.

The size of the island is 12.2 km², with a length of 12 km and a width of minimum 1,5 km to maximum 3 km. The island is of volcanic origin and offers unexpected variations of its landscape. At the west of the island you will find untouched mangroves changing into white sandy beaches and the center of the island showcases volcanic mountains with a height of 260 meters and lush tropical vegetation. A similar appearance is at the east coast, where ferns, old trees and the farm originated. Approximately 50% of the island is untouched tropical vegetation with an intact, unspoilt rainforest. The resort is set only at the north of the island, stretched out over 4.2 km. All other areas remain untouched as nature intended.
