CasCades Restaurant at Viceroy Bali is acclaimed as one of the island's top dining venues. Some say this award-winning fine dining restaurant has even earned a deserved place as one of the finest restaurants in South East Asia, serving a contemporary French menu influenced by exotic Asian flavours. Add the exceptional backdrop of the Petanu River gorge, an extensive wine selection and snappy service and the accolades speak for themselves. Each month, CasCades presents a Full-Moon Dinner & Dance, a two-hour performance that begins at 7pm. Diners are treated to intricate Balinese dance performed by a celebrated Balinese dance troupe. Performances are offered while guests sample Balinese Rijsttafel (tasting menu) or, selections from the á la carte menu. Open for Breakfast, lunch, high tea and dinner daily from 07:00-22:00.  

Conference Room: The air-conditioned conference room can seat up to 25 persons for a theatre-style conference, or can be prepared as a formal board room for meetings of up to 14 persons. The facility is fully equipped with state-of-the art audio & visual aids including video projection, connected to a fully wired computer system, wireless & cable Internet access, and a speaker conferencing telephone. Office supplies and basic refreshments are included with bookings for its use. The conference room can also be converted into a mini theatre with projector screening for videos or movies. Petulu Village Tour: An English speaking guide will accompany you to visit Petulu village as thousands of white Heron birds return to their nests lined along the village road. The visit can be by car, bicycle, or trekking and begins at 5.00pm. Allow 1 hour.  Please arrange the day before at the hotel reception.  

Ubud has an incredible variety of places to eat which is within Just 5-minutes leisurely drive. There is a nice Italian restaurant, French restaurant, Vegetarian café, Indonesian, Balinese, Thai, Japanese, International, Mediterranean, Mexican, and many more.

Just 5-minutes walk from hotel is a rural wood carving village, Nagi, where you will catch a glimpse of everyday Balinese life.  Then within 10-minutes walk from hotel you will find Tegallalang Street that has just about every form of handicraft made in Bali.  Brightly painted flowers, signboards, fruits, frogs, ducks, cats and animal figures all feature heavily. All the way along the 12-kilometre road shops also sell furniture and handicrafts made from glass, wood, bamboo, ceramics and shells.
