PHOTOSHOOTS, FILM LOCATIONS and LONGER RENTALS: MAID SERVICE is mandatory for all film productions, photoshoots and longer rentals, due to the high level of designer furnishings and the possibility of damage. The maid may enter the grounds to view the property with 24 hr. notice. PRODUCTION PERMITS are required for film productions and photoshoots lasting more than one day. Please check with the city authority. DAMAGE DEPOSIT is required for each production or photoshoot.
